Mr. Neal was born on October 7, 1949 at Minnie G. Boswell Hospital in Greensboro Ga, to the late Billy Franklin Neal and the late Thelma Nunn Neal. He grew up in Crawfordville Ga, where he was Baptized at Margaret's Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Neal owned and operated Ray Neal Grading Inc. in Ellenwood and later in Jackson for over 20 years. He was a charter member of First Baptist Church Ellenwood.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Brenda Pollard Neal of Jackson Ga, daughters Mrs. Brandy (Eric) Staton of Cumming Ga, Mrs. Brittany (Jeff) Anderson of Atlanta Ga, sister Mrs. Ellen Kinnon of Covington Ga, grandchildren Hunter Staton of McKinney Tx, Hannah Staton of Cumming Ga, Eli Staton of Cumming Ga, Olivia Anderson of Atlanta Ga, Evan Anderson of Atlanta Ga, Caroline Anderson of Atlanta Ga, and life long friend Bobby Moore of Crawfordville Ga.
The family will hold a memorial service on Saturday January 27, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from Sharon Church Chapel at 571 N. Ola Rd. McDonough Ga. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday January 27, 2024. Coggins Funeral Home
