Mr. Larry Kenneth Helms, 67 of Thomaston died December 24, 2019, at Upson Regional Medical Center.
Memorial Services will be Sunday, December 29, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service at Coggins Funeral Home.
Mr. Helms was born July 23, 1952, in Thomaston, GA to the late Marion and Ruby Teal Helms. He was of the Baptist faith and retired from the Thomaston Police Department with 30 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Brantley Fuller, brothers, Melvin & Eugene Helms and a sister, Doris Wainwright.
Survivors include his wife Cindy Helms of Thomaston, daughters, Amber Fuller (Christopher) and Heather Waterman (Matthew) all of Thomaston, sister, Annette Blount (Lamont) of Thomaston and four grandchildren, Cali Sanders, Kaylee Kilgore, Aubree Fuller, and Makinzie Fuller.
