Connie Elaine Blackmon

Ms. Connie Elaine Blackmon, age 70, of Thomaston, passed away January 15, 2024, at her home.  Connie grew up in Thomaston and worked for the city for 15 years, retiring as a Meter Reader.  Shen then worked for First American Cash Advanced.  Connie enjoyed crocheting, but her favorite hobby was raising her three children.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Jo Thomas, Debbie Strickland and Peggy Canady.

 

She is survived by her children and their spouses: Wendy and Chris Carella, Chasity and Alfred Davison and Eric and Melissa Thomas; grandchildren and their spouses: Andy and Katie Davison, Zackery Davison and Christian Chunn; great-grandson: Asher Davison; her mother; Kathleen Haygood Blackmon; and beloved cats:  Monty and Essie.

 

A private family service will be held.
