Christine Standard Srtansell

Mrs. Christine Standard Srtansell, age 47, of Thomaston, died Thursday, September 21, 2023, at her residence.  The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.

Mrs. Stansell was born in Thomaston on September 26, 1975, to B. C. Standard and Laura Gentry Standard.  She  was a graduate of  Flint River Technical College and was employed as a cosmetologist at Kutz by Us. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

 

Survivors include her husband, Rodney Stansell; her daughter, Joiee Stansell (Hunter Evans); her son, Jacob Stansell (Catelyn); her mother, Laura Standard; her father B. C. Standard;  two brothers: Ben (Brandy) Standard and Matt (Donna) Andrews; and one grandson, Braxton James Evans.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.
