MR. WAYNE NEWBY

Mr. Wayne Newby age 78 of Yatesville Ga, died Thursday January 2, 2020 at Providence Health and Rehab. 

Mr. Newby was born on August 28, 1941 in Hartsburg, IL. to the late William Titus Newby and Lydia Roddie Newby.  He retired from Caterpillar working in storage control for 30 years, and was of the Baptist Faith.  In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Newby.

Survivors include his wife, Amanda Vaughn Newby, sons, Scott (Brenda) Newby of Taylorville, IL., and Mark Newby of Hartsburg, IL., daughter, Maria Wampler of Springfield, IL., six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. 

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 6, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Yatesville Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Yatesville, GA.  The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Sunday January 5, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
