FORMER WTGA DJ JOHN DAVIS

Mr. John Marvin Davis III age 72 of Thomaston Ga, died Sunday January 12, 2020 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Mr. Davis was born on September 5, 1947 to the late John M. Davis Jr. and the late Faye Davis. He worked for Standard Textile for many years. Mr. Davis was a former disc jockey for q 101. He was a member of Thomaston First Methodist Church. Mr. Davis served his country in the U.S. Navy. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Nancy Hadlow.

Survivors include his wife Mrs. Linda Davis of Thomaston Ga.

A private service will be held.
