MR. THOMAS WELLS

Mr. Thomas Wells, 74 of Thomaston, died January 3, 2020 at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin.

Mr. Wells was born March 29, 1945, in Thomaston to the late Thomas Monroe Wells and Mary Vasthi Ballard Wells.  He worked as a barber at Wells Barbershop and was of the Baptist Faith.  He was a veteran of the US Navy, serving 4 years in Vietnam.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Cecile Arbuckle, and beloved granddaughter, Courtney Epps.

Survivors include, his wife Ceceilia "Sue" Wells of Thomaston, daughters, Jackie (Jeff) Sanders of Thomaston, Sheri (Bob) Gore of Griffin, and Whitney "Danni" (Johnny) White of Thomaston, sister, Ethel Jean (Jackie) Herndon of Warner Robins.

Funeral Services for Mr. Wells will be held Monday January 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral home with burial to follow at Crystal Hill Cemetery.  Family will receive friends on Monday January 6, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
