Mr. Puckett was born on December 24, 1942, in Upson County, Georgia, to the late Thomas Albert Puckett, and the late Alberta Ellis Puckett. He worked at the Thomaston Mills as spinning frame fixer and was of the Baptist Faith. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his brother, Ron (Catherine) McDaniel of Thomaston, nephews, Jamie (Tammy) McDaniel of Concord, Kenneth (Wendy) McDaniel of Thomaston, great-nephews, Andrew McDaniel, Michael McDaniel of Concord, Trenton McDaniel of Molena, and great niece, Harley McDaniel of Thomaston.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Valley Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
