Beth Elaine Brown

Mrs. Beth Elaine Brown age 59 of Thomaston Ga died Saturday August 17, 2024, at Upson Regional Medical Center. 

Mrs. Brown was born on December 7, 1964, in Germany to the late Sherrill Nordan and Carrie Elaine Gordy Nordan. She was a graduate of Mercer University where she obtained her master's degree, she was a former Special Education teacher with the Upson County School System, and she was a member of Elkins Creek Baptist Church. 

Survivors include her husband, Dennis Brown of Thomaston, daughters, Jaden Brown of Thomaston, Carrie Brown of Thomaston, Isabella Brown of Thomaston, Sophia Brown of Thomaston, Sons, Chris Mathis of Thomaston, Brian Brown of Thomaston, Cody Brown of Thomaston, Brayden Brown of Thomaston, Tripp Brown of Thomaston. brothers, Raymond (Nancy) Nordan of Thomaston, and Paul (Beverly) Nordan of Thomaston.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Crystal Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
