Mrs. Betty Mae Ard

Mrs. Betty Mae Ard, age 63, of Thomaston, died Monday, August 23, 2021 at Upson Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Ard was born December 31, 1957, in Upson County, to the late Thomas Franklin McCullough, and Rena Dees Chancelor. She is preceded in death by her father.

Survivors include her husband, Edgar Ard, of Thomaston, mother Rena Dees Chancelor of Thomaston, daughter Cynthia Ard, sons, Jeremy (Kasey Sanders) Ard, Jans Ard, Eddie Ard, all of Thomaston, and Michael (Christy) Ard of Pike County, brother, Albert McCullough, sisters, Janette Hoyal, Lillie Gideons all of Thomaston, and sixteen grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
