Mrs. Leonora Humphrey Stephens, age 77 of Thomaston, died Monday, August 14, 2023 at Upson Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Stephens was born January 9, 1946, in Moultrie, Georgia, to the late Leon Humphrey and the late Willie Mae Jones Humphrey. She worked as a teacher in Lamar County Schools and was a member of Thomaston First Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her husband Tommy Stephens of Thomaston, daughter, Tracy Huges of Warner Robbins, son, Micheal Thompson of Warner Robbins, sisters, Susan Dasher of Thomaston, Mary (David) Keene of Brooklet, Georgia, Sara Lynn Humphrey of Thomaston, grandchildren, Isabella, Evan, and Olivia.
It was Mrs. Leonora's wishes to be cremated and no services are planned at this time.
