Mrs. Gloria Diane Dennis, 69 of Thomaston died September 2, 2019 at Upson Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services will be Thursday September 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Upson Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Dennis was born December 26, 1949 in Upson Co., GA to the late John Lester Jones and Bennie Lee Adams Jones Lee. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church and was retired from the trucking industry.
Survivors include her husband Richard Dennis of Thomaston, sons, John Richard Dennis and his wife Toni of Thomaston, Dominic Wayne Dennis of Wilmington, NC and Joseph L. Dennis and his wife Andrea of Thomaston, brothers, John L. Jones, Sr. and his wife Diane of Monticello and Jimmy Lee and his wife Sandra of Locust Grove, sisters, Barbara Hanna and her husband Mark of Oakfield, WI, Jackie Summers of Jacksonville, FL and Cindy Crews of South Carolina, eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Dennis was preceded in death by her parents and a great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends Wednesday September 4, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday September 5, 2019 1 hour prior to the service at Coggins Funeral Home.
