Mrs. Joyce "Nadine" O'Neal, age 84, of Thomaston Ga, died Thursday, March 14, 2019, at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin GA.
Mrs. O'Neal was born November 30, 1934, in Thomaston to the late Clarence J. and Ruby Mae Storey. She retired from Walmart as a greeter, worked over 40 years for Carters, a member of Mountain View Baptist Church, and Order of the Eastern Star.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Alvah O'Neal, and brother, Carlotn Storey. Survivors are her daughter, Cynthia O'Neal Claude; sons Greg (Sarah) O'Neal and Tim (Lisa) O'Neal all of Thomaston; grandchildren, Christin Bell Rowland, Ashlee O'Neal, Jennifer O'Neal Lamb, and Jessica O'Neal Wheeless; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. O'Neal will be held on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Mountain View Baptist Church, with burial to follow in Southview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 16, 2019, from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Coggins Funeral Home.
