Mrs. Martha Jean "Jeannie" Self age 68 of Thomaston Ga, died Sunday December 18, 2016 at Upson Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Self was born on June 6, 1948 in Thomaston Ga, to the late Arthur and Daisy Grace Reid. She was formerly employed with Woodwind Assisted Living where she worked in the housekeeping department.
Survivors include her husband Mr. Terry Self of Thomaston Ga, daughter Mrs. Cindy (Mike) Fitzpatrick of Lakeland Fl, sons Mr. James Johnson Jr. of Thomaston Ga, Mr. Robbie Callahan of Gainesville Ga, brothers Mr. Jim (Jan) Reid of Savannah TN, Mr. Jarrell (Barbara) Reid of Ronda N.C., sisters Mrs. Mary Ann (Ben) Gray of Yatesville Ga, Mrs. Patty Petty of Fort Valley Ga, Mrs. Sue (Steve) Gaddy of Winder Ga, Mrs. Joyce (Bill) Latham of Valdosta Ga, 8 Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday December 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Wednesday December 21, 2016 from 10-11 a.m.
