Mr. Robert David Thompson age 77 of Thomaston Ga, died Thursday December 15, 2016 at Upson Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Thompson was born on March 21, 1939 in Thomaston Ga, to the late Douglas and Estelle Thompson. He worked as an electrician for many years. Mr. Thompson was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Laverne Thompson of Thomaston Ga, daughter Mrs. Laurie (Brad) Whitmire of Thomaston Ga, son Mr. Kevin Thompson of Ok, step daughter Mrs. Cheryl (David) Mullins of Zebulon Ga, step sons Mr. Clay Ruffin of Thomaston Ga, Mr. Duane (Traci) Ruffin of Thomaston Ga, brothers Mr. Donald (Mary) Thompson of Thomaston Ga, Mr. Tyson (Charlotte) Thompson of Thomaston Ga, sisters Mrs. Diane Thompson of Thomaston Ga, Mrs. Faye (Dale) Adams of Thomaston Ga, 12 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday December 19, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Sunday December 18, 2016 from 4-6 p.m.
