Mrs. Viola Venniebell Haygood age 85 of Yatesville Ga, died Thursday May 5, 2016 at her residence.
Mrs. Haygood was born on August 24, 1930 in Thomaston Ga, to the late Paul and Adolph Wilson Harrell. She was a 1947 graduate of R.E. Lee Institute. Mrs. Haygood was a homemaker. She was a member of Sharon Primitive Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughters Mrs. Kathy (Rodney) Jackson of Round Oak Ga, Mrs. Joyce (Tommy) Glisson of Thomaston Ga, son Mr. John James (Angeli) Haygood III of Yatesville Ga, sister Mrs. Polly Foster of Thomaston Ga. 8 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 7, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. from Sharon Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Pierson Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Sharon Primitive Baptist Church on Saturday May 7, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Sharon Primitive Baptist Church at 5843 Ga Hwy 83 South Culloden Ga, 31016 or to the American Heart Association at 5962 Zebulon Rd. PMB 359 Macon Ga. 31210.
