Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Ruffin will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Valley Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family of Mrs. Ruffin will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
