Ms. Gloria Jean Shaw age 62 of Griffin Ga, died Saturday August 24, 2019 at her residence.
Ms. Shaw was born on March 4, 1957 in Thomaston Ga, to the late Jesse Will Shaw Sr., and the late Betty Jean Scott Shaw. She was employed with the Georgia Department of Transportation where she worked as a Maintenance Foreman. Ms. Shaw was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister Tracey Shaw.
Survivors include her life companion Larry Robinson of Griffin Ga, great nephew Justin Shaw brothers David "Buck" (Diane) Shaw of McDonough Ga, Jesse Will Shaw Jr, of Thomaston Ga, Larry Shaw of Thomaston Ga, sister Wendy (Donald) Lucas of Clarksville Tn.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday August 28, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from Mountain View Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Tuesday August 27, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Coggins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
