Mr. Billy G. Owsley, 51, of Thomaston, died Thursday, January 24th, 2019 at
Upson Regional Medical Center.
Funeral services for Mr. Owsley will be held on Monday, January 28th, 2019
at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the Fletcher-Day Funeral Home. Burial will
follow in South View Cemetery.
The family of Mr. Owsley will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home
on Monday from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour.
Fletcher-Day Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
