Mrs. Helen Avery Edmondson, 80 of Thomaston died August 28, 2018 at her residence.
She has been married to her husband, Bobby Edmondson for 63 years this past June. She retired from the Upson County School System as a Bus Driver after 32 years, and she is a Charter member of Northside Baptist Church.
Mrs. Edmondson is preceded in death by her son-in-law, Carey Ellerbee. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Edmondson; daughter, Tracy Ellerbee; sons, Neal (Kay) Edmondson and Baxter (Trisa) Edmondson; grandchildren, Jason Edmondson, Adam Edmondson, Nick Henry, Casey Ellerbee, Carson Ellerbee, Kris Edmondson, and Kelly Teal; great-grandchildren, Lindsey & Cooper Edmondson, Avery Edmondson, Nash Henry, Kyia Ellerbee, Jaci Taylor, Charlee Kate Ellerbee, Jaxson & Jasper Teal, David, Rebecca & Turner McConnell.
There will be a private family service.
Due to the health of her husband , Mr. Bobby Edmondson the family has requested no visitors at this time. In Lieu of flowers and food, the family is requesting memorial contributions to Northside Baptist Church 423 E County Rd, Thomaston, GA 30286.
