Mr. Aubrey Lamar Hall, age 92, of Thomaston died Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at the West Village Retirement Community in Thomaston.
Mr. Hall was born on August 5, 1925 in Meriwether County, Georgia to the late Calvin Hall and the late Lillie Mae Rowe Hall. Mr. Hall served his country in the U.S. Army. He was formerly employed with Thomaston Mills Bleachery Division for 18 years and later worked for the Thomaston Police Department until his retirement. Mr. Hall was a member of Kings Chapel Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son Aubrey C. Hall and brother Billy Hall.
Survivors include his daughter Mrs. Vickie (Fred) Schultz of Thomaston Ga, daughter in law Mrs. Cathy Hall, sisters Mrs. Betty Sollenberger of Lagrange Ga, Mrs. Peggy Hardy of McDonough Ga, 6 grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday August 3, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Friday August 3, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the local cancer car c/o Mr. Carey Pitts at 300 Upson Avenue Thomaston Ga. 30286.
