Mr. Reeves was born on October 28, 1952, in Upson County, to the late Bobby Reeves and the late Gladys Brooks Reeves. He was a former cabinet shop owner with Ricky Lewis and then went on to work with Windstream for thirty-five years as an Installer/Technician. He served his country in the US National Guard and was a member of Clarks Chapel Baptist Church. Mr. Reeves loved the outdoors, doing yardwork and various wood working projects. He was always busy doing what he loved and adored his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of fifty-one years, his high school sweetheart, Marilyn Bennett Reeves of Thomaston, son, William Jason (Mandy) Reeves of Thomaston, brother, Danny (Kathy) Reeves of Buffalo, NY, sister, Debora (Stacey) Crummie of Jacksonville, FL., grandchildren, Jackson Alexander Reeves, and Colton Bennett Reeves.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, February 26, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday February 26, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
