Mr. Fowler was born on January 9, 1957, in Broward, Florida, to the late Samuel Douglas Fowler Sr. and Lillie Stoner. He worked for DOT in Thomaston and was a member of Christ Chapel. He is preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Chappell Fowler of Griffin, mother, Lillie Stoner of Thomaston, sons, Sam (Stephanie) Fowler of Thomaston, Cole (Connie) Fowler of Lovejoy, Jordan (Chassity) Fowler of Sommerville, Georgia, Tyler (Robin) Edwards of Griffin, Cody Edwards of Griffin, brother, Steve Fowler of Thomaston, sisters, Cindy (Junior) Waits of Flovilla, Vicki White of Thomaston, Terry (Joe) Phillips of Cherokee, North Carolina, grandchildren, Legend, Justina, trey, Baylee, Stacy, Kaylee, Joseph, Casey, great-grandchildren, Lyric, Luna and best four legged friend, Paco.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 18, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. from Southview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 18, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home. The family has requested for you to please dress casually.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Coggins Funeral Home.
