Mr. Roy Monroe Bryant, age 76, of Thomaston, died Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Upson Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Bryant was born on March 31, 1945, in Thomaston, to the late Monroe Bryant and to the late Martha Jones Bryant Gibson. He worked in construction and was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Doug and Martha Gibson.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Sellars Bryant of Thomaston, daughter, Faye (Danny) Mewbourn of Thomaston, son, Bo Bryant of Thomaston, grandchildren, Barbie (Will) Stevens, Keline (Anne) Jones, Stella Woolf, LeeRoy Jones, Sean (Angel) Bryant, Josh (Chasity) Bryant, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from Smyrna Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 12:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home
