Mr. Billy Eugene Fowler age 89 of Thomaston Ga, died Sunday May 19, 2019 at Upson Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Fowler was born on December 29, 1929 in Gainesville Ga, to the late Paul Williamson Fowler and the late Ruth Burtz Fowler. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Mr. Fowler was formerly employed with Marvin Adams Supermarket where he worked as as manager. He was a member of Thomaston First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife Mrs. Mildred Fowler of Thomaston Ga, daughters Mrs. Karen (Bert) Truesdale of Thomaston Ga, Mrs. Jan (Steve) Duke of Thomaston Ga, brother Mr. Jimmy (Sandra) Fowler of Rome Ga, sister Mrs. Carolyn Latrell of Buckeye Az, grandchildren Amanda Owens, Alden Moore, Grant Owens, Dawson Duke, Kaden Duke, great grandchild Asher Owens.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday May 22, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Upson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Wednesday May 22, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the local Muscular Dystrophy Association 2310 Parklake Drive suite 375 Atlanta, Ga 30345.
