MR. BERNARD MURLE WILSON

Mr. Bernard Murle Wilson age 91 of Thomaston Ga, died Sunday April 21, 2019 at his residence. 

Mr. Wilson was born on August 18, 1927 in Grantville Ga, to the late Homer L. Wilson and the late Sarah Payne Wilson. He was formerly employed with B.F. Goodrich where he worked as a Data Processing Manager for 36 years. Mr. Wilson was a member of Clark's Chapel Baptist Church where he served as deacon for many years. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Johnnie Mae Wilson, daughter Connie Wilson Philpott, sisters Lois Cole, Paulene Wood, brothers Doug Wilson, H.C. Wilson, Ford Wilson, George Wilson.

Survivors include his son Mr. Mark (Wanda) Wilson of Thomaston Ga, 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday April 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from Clark's Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Clark's Chapel Baptist Church on Tuesday April 23, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
