Mr. Gray was born March 15, 1937, in Upson County to the late William Eldridge and Nancy Turner Gray. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service as Operations Manager, was a member of King's Chapel Baptist Church, and U.S. Army Reserve Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Gray; daughter, Toni (Clark) Spence; son, William Joseph (Glenda) Gray; sisters, Barbara (Richard) Tyson, and Connie (A.C.) Kile; sister-in-law, Linia Gray; grandchildren, Holly Gentry, Michael Gentry, Joshua (Joni) Gray, and Benjamin Gray. He is preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Gray.
Funeral services for Mr. Gray will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Southview Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 12:00 - 2:00 PM.
