Mr. John Will Blount Jr. age 74 of Thomaston Ga, died Friday August 12, 2016 at Brightmoor Hopsice.
Mr. Blount was born on March 9, 1942 in Thomaston Ga, to the late John Will Blount Sr, and Jeneva Kelly Blount. He was formerly employed with Thomaston Mills Peerless Division where he worked as a supervisor in the spinning room. Mr. Blount was a member of Pritchett Memorial Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife and mother of his children, Brenda Phillips Blount and sister Martha Ann Blount.
Survivors include his sons Mr. Stan Blount of Thomaston Ga, Mr. Bill (Gina) Blount of Thomaston Ga, Mr. Russell (Toiee) Blount of Thomaston Ga, Mr. Marc (Brandie) Blount of Thomaston Ga, sisters Mrs. Barbara (Walt) Miles of Ia, Mrs. Clara (Phil) Fuentes of Tx, Mrs. Frankie (Ronnie) Huckaby of Thomaston Ga, Mrs. Becky Clark of Thomaston Ga, Mrs. Betty (Pete) Fleming of Thomaston Ga, grandchildren Anthony (Katie) Blount of Sharpsburg Ga, Amy (Matt) Lord of Thomaston Ga, Tyler Blount of Thomaston Ga, Brandon Blount of Thomaston Ga, Jennifer Blount of Thomaston Ga, Kelly Blount of Thomaston Ga, Marcus Blount of Thomaston Ga.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday August 15, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Monday August 15, 2016 from 2-4 p.m.
