MRS. PEGGY MARGARET HAMMOCK TEAL

Mrs. Peggy Margaret Hammock Teal, 87, of Thomaston, died Sunday, July 3rd, 2016 at her home.
Funeral services for Mrs. Teal will be held on Wednesday, July 6th, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Fletcher-Day Funeral Home. Rev. Kenny Teal will officiate and burial will follow in the Faithful Christian Baptist Church Cemetery. The family of Mrs. Teal will receive friends at Fletcher-Day Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6 until 8 pm.
Mrs. Teal was born in Upson County on December 18, 1928, a daughter of the late Sidney and Roena Daniel Hammock. She was a homemaker and a member of the Faithful Christian Baptist Church.
Mrs. Teal is survived by three sons, William J. (Donna) Teal, Jr., and Jimmy (Dolly) Teal, both of Thomaston, and Wayne (Denise) Teal of Jackson, TN; six grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. William J. "Bud" Teal.
