Mrs. Doris Faye Wainwright, age 77, of Thomaston, died Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale GA.
Mrs. Wainwright was born November 12, 1938 in Thomaston to the late James Marion and Ruby Velma Helms. She was a weaver for Thomaston Mills and member of First Free Will Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin Wainwright; daughter, Teresa (Roy) Parks; brother, Larry (Cindy) Helms; sister, Annette (Lamont) Blount; grandchildren, Nathan Suddeth, Ashli (Joel) Trice, Jesse Parks; great-grandchildren, Kaylee Trice, and Camden Trice, all of Thomaston.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wainwright will be held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Upson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 7, 2016 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Coggins Funeral Home.
