Mr. Douglas Marion Cochran, age 85, of Thomaston died on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Golden Living Center.
Mr. Cochran was born on November 2, 1930 in Zebulon Ga. He owned and Operated Cochran Service Station for many years. Mr. Cochran served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of Pritchett Memorial Baptist Church. Mr. Cochran was preceded in death by his wife Margie Cochran, daughter Faye Boyt, son Randy Cochran.
Survivors include his daughter in law Mrs. Teresa (John) Harper of Meansville Ga, grandchildren Mr. Kevin Boyt, Ms. Jennifer Boyt, great grandchild Mr. Tyler Boyt.
Graveside Services will be held on Saturday November 28, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Saturday November 28, 2015 from 12-2 p.m.
