Mark was born on October 7, 1971, in Thomaston, to James Franklin Huckaby, and Doris Ann Beeland Huckaby. He was a tile worker in construction and was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, James and Doris Huckaby of Thomaston, wife, Maria Huckaby of Thomaston, daughter, Chelsea Huckaby of Lizella, son, Carter Huckaby of Thomaston, brother, Phillip (Michelle) Huckaby of Thomaston, sisters, Connie (Mike) Wade of Thomaston, Dinah (Alan) Whitmire of Thomaston, and grandchildren, Calie, Chant, Damien, and Daileih.
Memorial services were held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. The family visited friends one hour prior to the service at Coggins Funeral Home.
