His last job was doing sub-contract work for the United States Government in Washington DC as a Cyber Security Analyst.  After retiring, he moved from Alpharetta, Georgia to Northeast Florida to pursue his interest as a regenerative farmer.  He also raised chickens and grew fruit trees. Dan was an avid “gamer” and a video game critic, and well known in gaming circles as @vonsch (Dan S)#1997.  He also enjoyed the outdoors, and his favorite past time was fishing.
