She was a very talented person, as anyone who knew her would agree. Her steadfast faith kept her until her last day, with a positive attitude and her words, “It’s all going to be okay.” She lived a fulfilled life and spread Love and Joy to all as much as she could. Jeannie, Wife, Mum, and Best Friend will be sadly missed, and her memories will be deeply treasured.
She was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Wayne Hallmark, mother Eleanor White, and sister Connie Miller.
She is survived and will be fondly remembered by her husband, Samuel Wayne Hallmark of Zebulon, GA, daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Kirby Ballinger of Miami, FL., daughter and son-in-law, Jaime and Christian Stange of Germany, brothers and sisters-in-law, Clifford and Donna Carlin of PA and James and Eugenia Carlin of NC, sisters and brothers-in-law, Annette Carlin of PA, Janice and Ron Bingaman of PA, and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Florence Buchanan and Ron Ratley of Griffin, GA, as well as 5 grandchildren: Robert Gore, Victoria and Patrick Ballinger, Vivian and Nora Stange. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
