Brian was born on October 31, 1971, in East Point, son of the late David Richard Kelly, Sr., and Diane Robertson Kelly. He grew up in Jonesboro and graduated from Jonesboro High School. In his early years, he enjoyed baseball and later coached and umpired. He loved all things outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. Brian was highly certified in his career path of water and wastewater and was currently employed as Project Manager for Inframark, formerly ESG.
Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Wilson Kelly; Daughters, Tiffany Kelly, and Kimberly Kelly; son, Brian Kelly, Jr.; Mother, Diane Kelly; grandson, Reese Todd Kelly; Brother, Richard Kelly, Jr.; nephews, Taylor, Joshua, and Devin Kelly.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday October 14, 2023, at 11 AM, in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Lamar Memory Gardens. Friends may visit the family on Saturday morning from 10-11, at the funeral home.
