Brad was born on December 5, 1978, to John Tinker and the late Angela Tyler Tinker. Brad was a devout Christian and longtime member of Eagles Way Church. He was a lifelong musician who played drums at Eagles Way Church and in the family praise band for many years. He was computer savvy and good with technology. He was a computer technician at Ben’s Hobby Computers for several years until he began his own computer business, Tinker Tech, in 2014.
As a young man, Brad was always a happy kid. He was chatty and enjoyed telling a good joke. He was outgoing and loved people. Brad was an intentional and loyal friend. He will be remembered as a loving father, son, brother, and friend to many.
Along with his mother, Brad was preceded in death by his uncle, William McKinley Tyler, Jr.
He is survived by his sons: Joshua McKinley Tinker and Caleb Emerson Tinker; parents: John and Tricia Tinker of Macon, sister and brother-in-law: Erin and Eric Helton of Concord; nephew and niece: Elijah Lee Helton and Elizabeth Grace Helton; mother of his children: Tammy Anderson of Milner.
A memorial service will be held at 4 PM on Thursday, September 22nd at Eagles Way Church, 100 Hudson Road, Griffin.
Friends may visit the family on Thursday beginning at 3 PM at the church.
