Mr. Luke Harvey Kennedy age 81 of Thomaston Ga., passed away Friday April 16, 2021 at his residence.
Mr. Kennedy was born on December 4, 1939 in Thomaston Ga., to the late Jessie Harvey Kennedy and the late Thelma Long Kennedy. He worked in the metal fabricating business and was a saw filer for many years. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Mrs. Betty Kennedy.
Survivors include his daughter Debby (Brian) Anderson of Griffin Ga., son Rex (Karen) Kennedy of Thomaston Ga., brother Jimmy Kennedy of Thomaston Ga., sister Geraldine Moon of Thomaston Ga., grandchildren Katy Presley, Christen Watson, Camille Anderson, 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday April 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Upson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Coggins Funeral Home on Sunday April 18, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Coggins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
