Mr. Timothy Wade Watson, age 59, of Thomaston, died Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at his residence.
Mr. Watson was born on December 27, 1962, in Upson County, to the late Randall Watson, and the late Elsie Fogarty Watson. He served his country in the United States Army and retired from the Georgia Department of Corrections as an Officer. He was of the Baptist Faith. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Tammy Groce Watson of Thomaston, stepson James (Nalai) Boyt of Thomaston, brother, Terry (Carolyn) Watson of Thomaston, sisters, Patricia Thiel of Thomaston, Judy Ingram of Thomaston, grandchildren, Andrew, Waylon, and Wrenley Boyt.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Good Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 18, 2022, from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. at Coggins Funeral Home.
