Mr. Franky Lee Jenkins age 77 of Thomaston Ga, passed away Monday August 1, 2022, at Atrium Navicent Health.
Mr. Jenkins was born on November 2, 1944, in Lamar County to the late Billy David Jenkins, and the late Hazel Arnold Jenkins. He served his country in the United State Navy on the USS Nimitz and worked as a clerk at Parrott's Pawn Shop. He was a member of Pine Mountain Church of The Nazarene. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Terri Jenkins.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Joyce Elliott Jenkins of Thomaston, daughters, Shari McCollum of Thomaston, Melissa Darling of Mt. Vernon WA., son, David (Heidi) Jenkins of Columbia MO., sister, Christina Greene of Forsyth, nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
It was Mr. Jenkins wishes to be cremated, the family will have a memorial service at a later date.
