Mr. Jeremy Michael Rapholtz, age 41, of Concord, passed away August 12, 2021, at Upson Regional Medical Center. Jeremy lived most of his life in Pike County. He worked in construction and also for Caterpillar in Griffin. He enjoyed working in the yard and spending time with his daughter, Brianna. He was an avid GA Bulldog fan and collector of Bulldog memorabilia.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Viola Youngs and uncle and aunt, Jack and Ann Sharp.
He is survived by his daughter: Brianna Rapholtz of Zebulon; parents: Charlene and Mike Rapholtz of Concord; brothers: Jason Rapholtz and wife Patricia of Moreland and Joshua Rapholtz of Concord; sister and brother-in-law: Jayda and Keith Brooks of Williamson; nephews: Jackson Levi Rapholtz, David Jones and Terry Jones; aunts and uncles: Cindy and Teddy Stanhope, Cyla Warren, Frank Youngs and Raymond Anthony all of NY; cousin: Baily Jon Youngs; and his beloved dog Junior.
Friends may visit the family on Saturday, August 21, 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the funeral home. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Coussons officiating.
