Mr. Arbour was born on February 7, 1930, in Augusta, Maine, to the late Emile Arbour and to the late Marie Marceline LaFlamme Arbour. He retired from the US Navy after 34 years as a Command Master Chief and was a member of Calvary's Lighthouse Pentecostal Church. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers and sister.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Allard Arbour of Thomaston, daughter, Marie Charest of Winthoro, ME, sons, David Arbour of Augusta, ME., Stephen Arbour of Augusta, ME., Michael (Jerri) Arbour of Augusta, ME., brother, John Arbour of Phoenix, AZ., sisters, Christine Arbour of Readfield ME., Estelle Arbour of Augusta, ME., grandchildren, Erica Fredrick of Augusta, ME., Joshua Arbour of Augusta, ME., Jarred Arbour of Moscow, ME., Evan (Spencer) Arbour of Seattle, WA., Rylan Arbour of Readfield, ME., Wyatt Charest of Winthrop, ME., and several grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. from Calvary Lighthouse Pentecostal Church. The family will receive friends on Monday May 22, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Lighthouse Pentecostal Church.
