Mr. Lowry was born in Thomaston on August 31, 1999. He was a graduate of Upson-Lee High School and was a member of St. Peter the Rock Catholic Church.
Mr. Lowry was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Karen Fountain Harris. He is survived by his father, Wayne Lowry, Jr; his mother, Bree Kellett Lowry; a sister. Emilia Lowry; a brother, Jackson Lowry; his grandparents. Wayne Lowry, Sr., and Duane and Pam Kellett; his godparents, John and Deborah Karafa of Charleston, SC; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and caregivers.
