Miss Welch was born September 27, 1955, in Clayton County GA, to the late Lewis Webb and Juanita Berry Webb. She was a cafeteria worker at the Upson Regional Medical Center, and of the Baptist faith.
She is preceded in death by her son, Johnny Eugene "Gene" Harvey; and aunt, Edna Davis. Survivors are her soul mate, Roy Welch of Thomaston; daughter, Lisa Harvey Edgemon of Thomaston; sister, Carol Webb of Texas; grandchildren, Alisha Harvey, Huston Harvey, and Juston Harvey of Thomaston; niece, Tracy Peterson; great niece and nephew, Kirsten and Cannon Fenton all of Texas.
Funeral services for Miss Welch will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2019, at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, form 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Coggins Funeral Home.
