Mrs. Nellie Sue Penn age 87 of Thomaston Ga, died Thursday December 3, 2015 at Upson Regional Medical Center. Funeral Arrangements will be announced later. Coggins Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements!!!!!!!!!!
