Mr. Wesley McKenzie Weeks, age 76, of Thomaston, died Friday October 2, 2015 at the Upson Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Weeks was born on June 13, 1939 in Upson County to the late J.P. and Marguerite Weeks. He retired as an Instructor of Electronics at Flint Tech, and was an avid golfer and outdoorsman.
He is survived by his wife, Shelia Weeks of Thomaston; daughter, Lisa (Dwayne) Harrison of Thomaston; son, John (Sonya) Weeks of Thomaston; brother, Rex Weeks of Naples FL; grandchildren, Cole (Erin) Harrison, Austin Weeks, Sydney Harrison, and Hunter Weeks.
Funeral services for Mr. Weeks will be held on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Glenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, October 5, 2015 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm at Coggins Funeral Home.
